A Guide to Loving You (Beginner Friendly)

First of all, congratulations.
You have excellent taste and very strong decision-making skills. Loving you is generally considered a good life choice, and I fully support it.

Now, a few instructions.

Step One: Reassurance is a daily vitamin.
Not in a dramatic way. Just small, steady reminders that everything is okay, nothing is secretly falling apart, and that you are, consistently and without fine print, very loved.
Side effects may include peace of mind and fewer 2 a.m. overthinking sessions.

Step Two: Patience.
Because your brain likes to examine things from every possible angle, including angles nobody asked for. The correct response is calm listening, gentle nodding, and the occasional confident “we’re fine, don’t worry” delivered like a professional who definitely knows what she’s talking about.

Spoiler: She doesn’t. She draws inspiration/ strength from you.

Step Three: You must love movies and TV.
This is not a casual hobby. This is a lifestyle. Opinions will be discussed and plot holes will be investigated. Characters will be defended like close personal friends. Most importantly, emotional investment is mandatory.

Step Four: Prompt communication, plus reels and TikToks.
If something is funny, cute, ridiculous, or even mildly interesting, it must be sent immediately. Delayed sharing is unacceptable. This relationship runs partly on affection and partly on short-form video content.

Step Five: Unexpected debates happen. Expect the unexpected.
Topics may include completely unserious things that somehow become extremely serious. Participation is required. Winning is rare. Passion is guaranteed.

Step Six: Understand the importance of balance.
Loving you is a team sport. Sometimes this means being funny when you’re not in the mood. Sometimes it means being the calm, wise voice of reason when you are temporarily… energetic. It’s about knowing when to tease, when to reassure, when to listen, and when to admit defeat. Very technical work.

Final note:
If at any point you worry that you are too much, or not enough, or anything in between: please refer back to step zero, which is this:

You are deeply, consciously, and deliberately loved. No advanced training required.
